Crossfit RedLine is a small “micro-gym” dedicated to its members
by providing them with high quality instruction and effective
programming to improve their fitness. Using Crossfit’s method of
constantly varied, functional movement executed at high
intensity our goal is to improve each of the ten general
physical skills: Cardio-respiratory endurance, strength,
stamina, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility,
accuracy and balance.
Our gym or “box” is a purpose built facility. You will not find
hi-tec pin selectorized machines, cardio-step aerobics or
pilates. What you will find are the tools of the trade that
elite level athletes have trusted for decades, barbells, bumper
plates, medicine balls plyometric boxes and more. What we are
about is brutally effective high intensity weight lifting,
gymnastics and interval training.
