		<description>First off..I would like to say good luck to RFG...I sincerely mean that. The road ahead will not be easy.

It amazes me how, based on the limited info I have, that an (ahem) "affiliate" who has no website, or Crossfit recognized instructors can be talking trash...but to each their own. 

If treadmills, showers, and the title of "the only real Crossfit gym in Naples helps you sleep at night,...that's cool. 

But why stop there? why not have a juice bar, step aerobics, and spin classes too?

Anyone who has invested any time at CFRL knows the level of instruction there. I have seen firsthand, athletes improve by leaps and bounds. Results speak for themselves. Coach, just keep on keepin on...you have an outstanding facility, and it has little to do with how "shiny" you equipment is.</description>
