CF WARM UP..then
10 minutes of ring and pull up bar work… use a box and jump yourself into an extended arm position from the start position and hold the extention for a count of a slow (5); on the rings and then a pull up bar..Must have high enough platform, use bumpers if needed
 
rest 5 minutes then…
The WOD
10 x pull ups
20 x KB swings 53#/32#
30 x box jumps
40 x psuedo-push ups: bring hands back below the chest line (flexibility), elbows close to  your side
50 x CF sit ups
60 x Wall Balls 20#/14#
cool down with 500 meter easy row..

That’s right! What better way to come back from eating everything in site than a swift kick in the pants.

We will run F.G.B. at 8:30 Saturday morning.

Don’t forget football party at Anthony and Alison’s at 3:00. Come watch the Florida Gators duke it out with the Seminoles. Bon fire and relaxing by the chickee hut afterwards.
