“We came… we saw… we kicked its ass!”

Dr. Peter Venkman, Ghostbuster

A huge thank you to everyone who came on Saturday to make our first Fight Gone Bad such a success. Every participant brought their “A” game and we saw a number of PRs and one near 400 score from Dr. J who posted a 397.

On behalf of the Wounded Warrior Project and Athletes for a Cure, thank you to all of you who gave generously towards the cause. We are still receiving donations so I do not have a final total but I think it’s safe to say we will not only meet but eclipse our fundraising goal.

As of today the Crossfit community worldwide has raised over 1 Million Dollars and that number continues to grow.

Here are some select photos from Saturday’s festivities.

There are over 140 photos from Saturday’s FGB. If you would like a CD with the photos for your own please let me know.

The time for talk has passed. Each day of your training has led to this day. This is where the rubber meets the road. A proving ground for your fitness. Have you chosen fight or flight?

Welcome to Fight Gone Bad 4!

I would like all participants to be at the box ready to warm-up at 10 O’clock. The first workout will begin at 10:15 The event format will be as follows.

I have divided the participants into three groups.  While Group 1 completes their workout, Group 3 will act as their support, counting reps, cheering them on and hustling them from movement to movement. Group 2 will be on standby warming up. We will break for 5 minutes between each workout to straightened out gear or clean up as needed.

Group 1 will then support Group 2 during their workout  while Group 3 moves to stand by and warm-up.

Lastly Group 3 will workout and receive support from both Groups 1 and 2.

There is a Fight Gone Bad score sheet in everyones gym journal that you will need to track your score.

I know the competitive juices will be flowing but remember the reasons for today’s pain are two great causes and one amazing Crossfit community. Have fun, be safe and let’s get it on….

Right after the carnage join us as we celebrate the 1 year anniversary of Crossfit Redline with a BBQ and pool party.  Either leave your car at the box and walk or drive up to the house in front of box and make yourselves at home. We’ll have lots of food and drinks. Kids are always welcome.
