Monday, July 5th, 2010Congratulations to everyone on a very successful CrossFit Total! We saw lots of PRs and the support was incredible.
Some you of found some difficulty when the standards of the movements were strictly enforced (as they should be).
This should be very obvious to you that this is a weakness. Use what you learned today about yourself to improve.
Don’t allow your ego to get in the way of your progress. A rock bottom, ass to grass 250# squat is more impressive and safer than a 300# squat that is high and doesn’t meet standard. Meet the standard, PR or no PR.
WOD:
3 sets of AMRAP in 45 seconds of each:
squat clean thruster (m95/w65)
box jumps (24/20)
kettlebell swings (53/35)
push ups
rest 6 minutes between sets
