A1. Front Squat 30X0; 5×3; Go Heavy.
B1. BTN  Press (behind-the-neck); close-grip; 5x 5
B2. 2 Rope Ascents; Rest 2 mins (i.e. 5-BTN Press, 2 Rope Ascents, Rest 2mins)
C. 3 x 30 unbroken situps; 1-anchored/1-unanchored/1-butterfly; rest as needed

Reminder: Don’t forget Tara will be holding a Yoga Class Wednesday morning @ 8:30. This first class will be free and $7 thereafter. Come enjoy some rest and recovery along with some light Yoga.

Congrats to all athletes competing this weekned at the Crossfit Games! Great programming, Great athletes, and even Greater performances. Let this be motivation for the  year to come!!
