On-Ramp is a three session program designed to
introduce new members to the basics of CrossFit in a small group
personal training format. During On-Ramp you will receive an
informative e mail, nutritional intro and detailed instruction.
Upon completion on On-Ramp you will receive a
FREE week of training to decide
if CrossFit is right for you. On-Ramp is $150.00
A typical class at CrossFit Redline starts with
an instructor lead warm up, skill development, workout briefing,
workout and group stretch and cool down. Classes last
approximately one hour.
