Your first session is
always free at Crossfit Redline. During your first visit you will
be guided through the "CrossFit Warm Up". You will be
taught proper form and technique while performing several
bodyweight exercises. Depending on your level of fitness you will
perform up to 3 rounds of the Warm Up. Each session thereafter you
will continue to train based on your level of fitness.
On-Ramp is a 3 week, 9 classes program to
introduce new members to the basic movements of Crossfit.
Nutrition will be also discussed. . After completion of the 3 sessions and satisfactory demonstration of the movements you are
free to join in the group classes.
On-Ramp is included in your first month,
however successful completion and demonstration of
movements is necessary before continuing to group training.
